Elder Ryan Wilson's Mission

  I thought I would send one more email out before I came home lol I'm really greatful for my mission, the past 2 years have changed me a lot. There's been a lot of things I've learned but the most important for me is I know God is real and Jesus christ is my savior. I've said that my whole life but it means so much more now. Its crazy to me how much i took family and the gospel for granted, ill never forget these experiences i have had and I'm excited for the times ahead lol  I hope yall still remember me and if you want, I'll see ya in 2 weeks lol

 

I made it back up to Cleveland for my last 2 transfers and I've loved it so far! I'm on the west side and it's a lot nicer so the work is a lot harder lol God has humbled me a lot lately which has been good. We've been grinding but just not seeing the results like I was in Akron and on the east side, but it's taught me why I'm out here, and who I'm serving. Only God really knows if we're putting in effort, so it's a good thing we do it for him!  Saw some cool miracles the past couple months, and I've learned a lot! I only have 8 weeks left which is wild but I got a lot to change still so pray for me. My mission has been so good for me it's insane, I'm not ganna pretend I've loved every second but I've needed it and I hope these next 8 weeks continue to change me bc oh wretched man that I am yk.   The past couple months have been beautiful. I love the people in Akron, our friend Lewis got baptised a little bit ago and we are close with others! Lewis is the goat. It was crazy because he was praying to God saying he wants to change his life then we knocked on his door! Haha God is good. But I remember that day and we knocked a lot and I just remember wanting to go home lol his street was tough, but it only takes one person to be willing to change that makes it all worth it.  Update with our friend Harrison, he got the priesthood today and a temple trip soon! It's crazy to see how happy he is.  I only have a couple months left out here and so I'm really tryna give it my all and find those people God needs me too. Pray for me to do so! I love you, especially you momma ❤️
