Elder Ryan Wilson's Mission

What is up, past 2 weeks have been ill, lots of knocking but successful so that's been kinda new! Nothing better then knocking doors in the snow bc people feel bad for you and let you in. We did a lot of service because it showed a ton and people were getting stuck and stuff, then shoveled a lot of drive ways, what a hoot that is! On training visits we took a homeless man on a church tour and put him on date for Baptism lol He said he was a missionary just like us, and I saw a lot of myself in him ngl. The guy was a legend, and really loves Jesus! I've been studying and working a lot about pride. It's crazy to me how much the book of mormon talks about pride. I think almost every sin stems off of pride. There is a talk called "beware of pride" that I'm sure a lot of you have listened to, but its beautiful. We're never going to be perfect and fully get ride of pride but that's not what God expects from us, he expects us to honestly give effort in trying...

Well team it's been over 6 months would you look at that lol. Crazy but this past two weeks have been so freaking cold, I hate ohio in the winter. There's no amount of clothes you can wear to prepare for this. Life goes on thou, we did a little church swap with our friend so he came to ours and we went to his. I absolutely loved it lol there was a whole band and everyone was standing and singing, and then the pasture stood up and had a mic on her and was walking around talking about Jesus! So epic. Our friend is an older man so how older men do, he introduced us to everyone in the whole congregation lol the pasture was nice she came and talked to us for a while but I could tell people weren't too found of us. After that we went down stairs for some coffee! How lit.
