Elder Ryan Wilson's Mission

  I'm going to good ol east Cleveland!! Going to be a great time up there! My companion is Elder Casper who is the goat. I love the kid, so it's going to be great lots and lots of work to do there!  Osu has taught me a lot, definitely going to miss it. It's been really cool to talk to kids my age about Jesus Christ and God, really made me appreciate what I have and what believing in Jesus christ really means. There is a lot of people who are Christian but don't know who Jesus christ is or what he said. There's a difference between believing Jesus christ lived and believing what he said and did. That's the testimony we all need to have!  Made it on a YouTube prank channel lol it was funny but made me look like a clown but it's okay because he took a bom! Gave the church a shout out so that's dope!  Love you all sm ❤️ 

 

  Lots has happened the last couple of weeks but I am still on the great ohio state university! School starts here in a little so that will be nice to get some more homies on campus! My friend Babak finally got baptised lol sooo wild with him because he was someone we worked with for like 4 months, and he always said he didn't want to join any specific religion and just wanted to believe in Jesus christ. But when he really understood what Jesus Christ taught and the doctrine behind going to church and why there is a need for Church, that's what helped him make the decision! That's something I've been thinkint about, one of my favorite quotes is "True doctrine understood, changes attitude and behavior"- president Packer. Anytime someone isn't keeping the commandments or commitments it's because they don't understand the doctrine or the why we do them. Understanding doesn't just mean mentally but also understanding with heart. Mosiah 12:27 "...
